I am thinking of purchasing a Stofen Omnibounce for use with my 420EX on an Elan7E. Has anyone tried this combination? Or with anyother EX series speedlite? If you have tried it, do you use the flash in the forward position or in a bounce position?

you would use the flash in the up position and the ettl would take care of the exposure the shodows will be so soft that you have to seach for them
