Here's a recipe for "The Ruby Slipper",there's no frosting on it, except if you want to sprinkle some powdered sugar on it when your done.
The Ruby Slipper
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 package(3oz) rasberry flavored Jello
Combine cake mix, sour cream, water, and eggs in large bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed 2 minutes until creamy. Spoon 1/3 of batter into well greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the jello. Repeat layers. Spread remaining batter over jello to cover. Bake at 350' for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
note: I haven't tried this recipe yet, but my friend makes it and says it's great..because it is so easy and delicious too.
