Bowyer hit with six-match ban

From footballnews.co.uk Lee Bowyer has been hit by a six-match ban and a £10,000 fine after being found guilty of bringing the game into disrepute.

The Leeds midfielder's suspension is for being found guilty of elbowing Liverpool's Gary McAllister in last year's FA Cup defeat. He was also banned for using foul and abusive language towards referee Jeff Winter during the Premiership win over Arsenal when he was sent off for two bookable offences.

Good! I hate Leeds and O'Shitheed especially. What’s happing about Arsenal’s Terry Henry? The way he behaved when we kicked their arse was terrible. Footballers as role models for kids and all that, why is he still playing?

Tierry Henry was a marvelous role model for kids. He acts just as a two year old should do when he throws his toys out of the pram.

Terry Henry - ah yes - quite the most ludicrous story of the season to date in the Mirror this morning.

TH had a go at Poll you will remember, in the game against us. He apparently accused Poll of running a vendetta against Arse which cost the gunners last season's Cup Final. As it happens, Poll did not officiate in that game and TH has mixed him up with Steve Dunn. So Hennry's defence is going to be mistaken identity!!

If he tries that on his registration as a footballer should be cancelled sine die.

He's apparently constructed a bizarre defence claiming he accused Graham Poll of a vendetta against Arse mistakenly thinking he was Steve Dunn, who officiated last year's cup final.

It all hangs together- the guy is an @rsehole. If that's the best TH can come up with I hope he gets the same ban as Bowyer for wasting the FA's time.

As for Bowyer, the way he is playing I doubt Leeds will miss him. In fact it could prove to be a blessing to them.
