After reading artcile on legal rights, could anyone tell me if after you have filled in the income & expenditure form to a debt collecting agency (which in the article says that you acknowledge the debt and a new six year period would have started), would this debt then be classed as a simple contract in which enabling the lender only six years to chase the debt even if 12 years has not passed in total since the repossession.
