I am going to being buying new cookware...Any suggestions? There are so many out there! HELP! LOL!

My sister-in-law got an entire new set of cookware last June when she married. It was one she had picked out, and ran around $200 or so for the set. Mine is similar, from pampered chef, and cost about the same (got it half price with a party); thing is, we both have the same complaint - the skillet seems to stick, even though it is coated with teflon.

Now. Sister-in-law has a little small skillet I gave her several years ago when she was in college that she loves. I picked it up at an off-price store, and it is T-Fal brand. She STILL brags on that skillet, says NOTHING will stick to it, and she wishes she had picked out a set of that brand instead of what she did get!

Also, just for an extra nickels worth, nothing tastes as good as fish fried in a cast-iron skillet. They take a while to get seasoned properly, but they are wonderful when you get it right!

Nothing beats cast iron, especially for non stick!

Cast iron and stainless are the healthiest. 1810 stainless is the best of it's kind, just be careful not to scratch it.
