How do you turn on the Run Like Hell cheat in Track & Field (MAME) By pressing TAB, followed by Input (This Game) the option to change key functions is available. Run Like Hell Cheat - NONE appears but I can't get it to change from NONE.

You need to use the -cheat switch on the commandline.

Just remember that using Run Like Hell is an illegal technique at MARP.

Simply put them, one code per line, into a file in your MAME directory called cheat.dat. Start MAME with the - cheat switch. Hit TAB to go to the menu, and "cheat" should be one of the options. Select it, then select "Load And/Or Enable A Cheat." Turn on the cheats you wish to use, and go back to your game.
