Oh, Susan, you took mine! Both of my favorites! The only difference I have is that I only use 3/4 cup each of mayo and parmesean -- It makes it seem like more artichokes! We serve it with those bagel chips -- delicious!

Fruit Dip

1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese 1 c. brown sugar i tsp. vanilla

-- Barb Fischer (bfischer42@hotmail.com), January 29, 2002.

Okay, here's one that I don't have exact measurements to, but it tastes just like cheesecake!

softened cream cheese (about 8 oz.)

lemon juice (I start with about 1 tsp.)

vanilla extract (start with about 1/2 tsp.)

mix all together well and adjust ingredients to taste. This makes a great dip for bananas, strawberries, etc.

We served it at my husband's grandparents 50th anniversary, and it was a great hit!

Forgot to add this recipe. Taste just like a rueben sandwich!

REUBEN DIP

1 small can sauerkraut
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
6 ounces diced corned beef
2 tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing

Drain and rinse sauerkraut, mix with cream cheese and Swiss cheese. Add diced corned beef and Thousand Island dressing. Cover and heat on low until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally to blend all ingredients. Serve warm with crackers or cocktail rye bread.

I make this in crock pot and put on low to keep hot through the party.
