Secrets of a good marriage

Secrets of a good marriage (from a husband's point of view):

1. Two times a week, we go to a nice restaurant, have a little wine, some good food, and companionship. She goes Tuesday's, I go Friday's.

2. I take my wife everywhere, but she keeps finding her way back.

3. I asked my wife where she wanted to go for our anniversary. "Somewhere I haven't been in a long time!" she said. So I suggested the kitchen.

4. We always hold hands. If I let go, she shops.

5. She got a mudpack and looked great for two days. Then the mud fell off.

6. I married "Miss Right". I just didn't know her first name was "Always". :-)

7. I haven't spoken to my wife for 18 months. I don't like to interrupt her.

8. The last fight was my fault. My wife asked, "What's on the TV?"...I said, "Dust!"

9. Why do men generally die before their wives? Because they want to!

LOL, Gayla! Thanks for the laugh.

Jeff and I will celebrate our anniversary a bit late, but it's actually this coming Sunday... 23 years.

My parents in law celebrated their 25th shortly before we were married. I asked my mother-in-law what her secret was for a long and happy marriage. She said, "A tongue calloused by being bitten nearly in half a multitude of times" and immediately looked absolutely horrified with herself. Good advice, though :-D

You guys were married the same year we were. :-)

Well, Happy Anniversary to you! If I were able, I'd write some High Koo. But since I can't, I guess I shan't.

Does Jeff know he's married to a genuine Princess?

And that that makes him a Prince ;-)

Jeff's always known he's a prince of a guy... he just thinks that being married to him is what made me a princess :-)
