Kelly --I don't have a female-----but we use to raise Basset hounds--- -& they are a lot of fun-----when we bought a motel(several years ago & lived there in a home) / we had no place to keep the bassets to be able to get outside-- & Sam our male would put his head back & howel as he hated /our move to the motel--- & all the people comming & going/ all the time day & night---so we sold the female to a pastor friend--& the male when to some other people who had been reccommended to us---they were a lot of fun!!
