I have several avi files that I can play using Windows Media Player - no problems.

I am using Roxio Videopack 5, and when I do a convert (either to an image file, or to a mpg file (NTSC or PAL), I can see the message saying that audio is being encoded, but when I play the resulting file, there is no sound.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
