Anyone have ideas on where I can get ram's horn (cured or not) in the US for use in craft projects?

Contact abbatoirs or killing works or whatever you call them. If you have a local butcher doing his own killing, ask him. Ask a butcher in any case - they're likely to know who to ask, if they don't know the answer themse;ves.
