Good for you, Ken, so glad the regimen you are using is working. Keep up the good work. Chol looks excellent but you got a little ways to go on the triglycerides. I'm sure that'll fall right into place. Congratulations!

Kenneth, have you had your homocystein (sp?) levels checked? It has lately been noted that levels of these chemicals are an even more accurate indicator of heart problems than cholesterol and the such. Appearently they cause the initial lesions in the vessels that cause the plaque to stick in the long run, or some such thing. Some folks with high cholesterol, but good homocystein levels do fine, while those with even very low cholesterol can be heading right for a serious cardiac even without knowing it if their homocystein levels are out of whack. The People's Pharmacy has done several shows and alerts about this, and so their site may have more info, including the healthy numbers and the exact tests to ask for. Definately worth it. If you lower all the cholesteraol, but your homocystein stays high, it could be to no avail.
