Here you are:

Sol. A

Metol 5 gr. Sodium Sulfite 100 gr. Water 1000 ml.

Sol. B

Sodium Carbonate 15 gr. Water 1000 ml.

Temp. 70 degrees + or -

Sol. A--3 min. with continuous agitation Drain but DO NOT rinse Sol. B--3 min. with continuous agitation
