Jeff is being a bit brief. I suppose an explaination is in order.

Manual focus Canon lenses, like the FD & FL mount lenses can be used with an adapter. Their are two types that were made, one didn't let the lens focus to infinity but was okay for macro, the other used a small teleconverter built into it that changed the focal length of your lenses, and was okay for long telephoto lenses. Neither type was considered very satisfactory. There was no autofocus, no focus indication and you had to meter with the lens stopped down.

There are also adapters made to use T mount, M42 screw mount, and Tamron Adaptall lenses with the same limitations. There may be other adapters out there as well.

Other than using these adapters for fisheye lenses or cheap mirror lenses and such they aren't all that usefull.
