I finally talked Bob Herbst into letting me reprint his View Camera article on "The Effects of Pyro Stain in Platinum Printing." As he pointed out in his presentation at the Alternative Process International Symposium this summer, his results show that pyro negatives not only produce a longer printable scale for platinum printing, but for silver as well.

Great article Ed, I had done something similar for Catechol and find the same experience. The blue is definitly the channel to use with these developers.
