I & E ???? what would you do?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

posted a few posts down "made an offer" Made an affordable offer without admitting to any debt but as a goodwill gesture. They are saying that in order to say yay or nay they need to see the I & E forms........ I know that we shouldn't, according to this site but I'm getting sick of asking them for docs that I know they won't send. They have dropped the debt substantially and I feel that if I continue to spar with them then they might get fed up and send in the big guns. What do you think is the best way forward? I am thinking that once I fill in the forms I have sold my soul to the devil but it may also be the end to this **** Any advice gratefully recieved

Sorry that this is a rather negative answer for you - According to this site as soon as you fill in the I & E forms you admit liability. I am refusing to do this as my B Soc will NOT provide the evidence I am requesting and are therefore not providing proof of any debt and how it should be handled. My sdvice is hold on.
