Do ya think that the Textile Industry in the US could bounce back from this "war"?

Or do ya think that US manufacturers will simply find other countries where people work for a song?

All depends on which song.

Seriously? There isn't a ghost of a chance that US textile manufacturers will bring those jobs back to the USA.

They have already gone through several rounds of racing to the bottom. After they abandoned the USA, they took their factories to places like Taiwan and Hong Kong. Then to Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. Then to Sri Lanka, mainland China and Mauritius. Next stops, Haiti and Madagascar!

Hard to compete with these people, just based on the quality of the workmanship. I'm not sure it's in anyone's interest that we should make the attempt.
