Can Ilford Multigrade fixer be used to fix SFX 200 film?

Having read the technical info distributed by Ilford for SFX, I don't recall anything mentioned about any fixer type restrictions. So, why not using the fixer you are asking about ?

ILFORD Multigrade fixer can be used to fix any normal black and white film, including SFX. Use it 1+4; 2-4 minutes for conventional films (including SFX), 3-5 minutes for modern technology films (Delta, T- Max).

ILFORD Multigrade fixer is not compatible with hardener.
