Reply on sick calf

Thanks to everyone. At 6pm I had no hope for him & by 10pm he had done a complete turn around. He got up drank half his milk and seemed so much better. This morning he drank a hole bottle of milk & he had gone from running just clear liquid to a little yellow and lumpy. For lunch he had a hole bottle of electrolytes and then a full bottle of milk for dinner. He sounds a little raspy to me but he is so much better. He is only the second calf we have had and I know very little. And it is trial and error. I have a great vet and they will come anytime and I call him to death. My husband says he is going to charge me for consultation if I don't stop but I do any way. But I think I can also learn from the people who are living with there animals. Thanks again for the help. REbecca
