This recipe is for my Regal Kitchen Pro unit. 4 ounces milk, 5 to 7 ounces water, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons molasses, 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 2 1/2 cups bread flour, 1 cup rye flour, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa (optional), 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast. All ingredients at room temperature (70 to 80 deg F / 21 to 27 deg C ). Measure all ingredients into bread pan, select basic or whole wheat setting.

On my machine, the basic and whole wheat settings take 3 hours to complete. Hope you can use this with your machine.

Hi Daryll,

Check out the Bread-Machine list on Yahoo groups. It's a really active list and full of recipes to try.
