Sometimes I wonder about all of us! ;o)))

Today, I bought a rawhide stick for the pup. I didn't pay too much attention. When I got home I read the package. It said it was re-inforced with vitamins for dogs. It said if you hold it under the light you will see gold glitters on the surface. These are encapsulated doggie vitamins. Yep; they were there. Looks like a high school girl made up for the prom in the 50's.

Pup is chewing it on the bed. If I turn on the light, the covers glitter like a starry-starry night where the stuff has fallen off of the stick. Scares the cats.

Have we become crazy or just weird. ;o)))

Best Wishes,,,,

I didn't just become weird, I've always been this way.

Dog slobber not permitted on my bedspread. Watch out with the "we" there buddy. Now cat treats...that's different.

Hey Z, did you get your name from the main character in the movie "Antz" played by Woody Allen?

Yeah, that glitter stuff is a real mind-blower. I just can't figure it out.

Then there is the issue of cost. We have 3 dogs and 4 cats. Traditionally, at Christmas, we buy the dogs, each, a rawhide chew toy and cook up a mess of shrimp for the cats. The cats eat the shrimp and throw-up. Ditto for the dogs. But that is what traditions are about.

Now back to the cost. I picked-up the 3 dog chew toys. On the way home, I stopped at the grocery store. They had a great sale on high quality rib roasts. I bought one of those. When I got home, I looked at the prices. It turns out that I could have bought the dogs a 4 lb rib roast, cooked it, and still been 5 dollars ahead when compared to the three chew toys.

Go figure.

Best Wishes,,,,,
