Hey Mitch! Here's the one the wife makes. really good but we usually substitute homemade whiskey for the rum or brandy.

6 eggs separated - l/4 tsp salt - 2/3 cup sugar - 2 1/2 cups light cream - l cup milk - l cup booze - 1 1/4 cups whipping cream - freshly grated nutmeg.

1. beat egg whites and salt together until frothy. gradually beat in half the sugar until stiff peaks form. 2. Beat egg yolks until light (?) in colour. Gradually add rest of sugar and beat until thickened and lemon-coloured. whisk constantly, gradually add light cream, milk and booze.

3. In chilled bowl, whip whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream, then beaten egg whites into egg yolk mixture. CHILL

4. Just before serving, sprinkle on freshly grated nutmeg. Serves l2 ( or 2 or 3 thirsty ones!)

Man -- I didn't know she worked so hard. Sure love to taste it, tho. Hope this helps. enjoy!! I know you won't agree but it sure is nice to have a lady around to create such goodies. LOL Tomas

Here is "Yuletide 'Eggnog' that doesn't need eggs, great for vegans.

Make and serve immediately. Banana changes flavor when it sits after blending, so don't try to keep this in the fridge.

2 cups Almond Milk 2 fresh bananas 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg or to taste 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Grated nutmeg

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve with a dash of nutmeg on top.

Serves 4.
