A magazine plug

Maybe this isn't allowed here, so if it is Doreen, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend anybody . . .

Has anyone read the magazine The Backwoodsman? For that matter, does anyone subscribe to it? Really good magazine for people who live in the boonies by choice or necessity. Geared towards people who have the ability to build things for themselves. Focuses on things done the old ways, sort of frontier / mountain man mentality, but also offers many modern solutions to live more simply.

Just a plug from a subscriber, if you get a chance to read it in a bookstore / magazine rack, it is worth a look.

JR, I get it off the rack at the grocery sometimes for the youngest boy. We like it. I wanted to be Mountain Man when I was 15 like him. Then I grew up and got a real job. Boy was that stupid or what?

No Daryl, they have a website, as I recall www.thebackwoodsman.mag, but last time I looked, wasn't working right. I remember it having a few pictures of the cover, and giving the viewer an idea of what the magazine was about. No articles were offered, a pity, what better way to allow someone to become interested in a magazine than it's contents.
