I have no manual for an EOS Rebel G and I was wondering how to override the flash in the fully automatic setting. Anyone have any suggestions, or is this only possible when using the manual settings?

There is no way to ovveride the flash in the auto mode (green box) the only way is on the "creative zone" controls this includes Manual, TV,AV and the other modes there.

By "override the flash", do you mean disable it, or increase/decrease it's exposure?
