Hi. My LCD doesn't display the frame number it's on, from a 24 exposure film. I don't think it's advancing the film. It's just taking multiple exposures on the same frame. What do I do?

It sounds as though the film hasn't taken up properly, so has not wound out of the cannister.

when you load the film, pull out the leader until hit reaches the orange mark on the other end of the camera while the roll is secured in its litte compartment.
