Yesterday the sun came out and a wind came up and a lot of the snow melted. This afternoon the snow has started again and things are getting covered again. It really feels like winter.

Our Tyler (puppy) is doing great after her surgery to be fixed. She was able to play with our Son's dog today. Got some her wildness out. She weighs 49 lbs. So glad my husband trained her to sit as her first command. She thinks that she should do that when ever we got to get dog biscuits. So she doesn't jump up on me. She is going to be a big dog and we don't want her knocking us over. Yesterday we took her in the truck and she walked with me on her leash. I have to use a walker outside,and I think she is doing so great as not to pull and walk nice. As you can see I am very proud of her.

Today was great day to fix a roast and tonight hoping to make cookies.

Hi Jo, I wish we would get a little snow!! I have been in a cooking mood lately too!!! I made sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits and scrambled eggs for breakfast, alsooranges and orange juice. I can't believe I used to buy gravy (years ago!) It is so cheap and easy to make. for dinner I slow cooked a beef roast, with potatoes and corn onthe cob. Also a salad and cherry pie. Tomorrow I will have to eat lettuce and water!!!

This past week I have been sorting and cleaning. I cleaned out my whole bedroom, closet, linen closet, my freezer, and moved my family room around and cleaned it too. So I have been busier that usual with all this extra cleaning. I am so thankful that I have the health and energy to take care of my family and my home.

Jo, send us some snow down here, please, please, please. Has been very hot over the past weeks. People say if springtime is that bad, just think about how summer is going to scorch us. One day at a time, please! Though this morning was much cooler, even brisk. Must have had a cold front come in from the south. Made the workout at the gym this morning more pleasant.
