Hi guys we have decided to relocate in spring .Therefore we will be listing the farm in Jan or Feb .We have 140 a taxed as a dairy farm .Half is open in fields and pasture the other wooded.We are in a good school district and are on the bus route.The house and barn need work , just how much will still need to be done I'm not sure.As it stand now it is half sided with vinyal siding .It has new 200 amp service.New well pump and storage tank .New insulation thru out.It has a new tin roof {4 years old}.New double pane windows and storms .New front door.The inside is not finished { no dry wall} I hope to have it dry walled and sided by the time it's listed.3/4 of the barn is saveable with a little work .Anyone interested please email me .Sorry no owner financing.

Not sure where we are moving to .Hubby will be sending out resume's .We may just move to a smaller place to help out with my health problems.Taxes are 1300.00 a year.

Wow, Patty, you're moving!? Just the other day, I was re-reading some of my old Countrysides from 1997/98 and happened to see your first article after you bought your current farm!

Any ideas on where you're considering moving? Of course, I am naturally bias to the Western states!
