Dear sir/madam pls. let me know in today economic condition what business one to enter in I m and Indian and i m planning to invest aroung 15-20000$ and start something on my own, it may be exports, i m interested in doin exports to all the countries abroad. also i got a plan to invest in Clay Industry ie i will produce clay made decorative items and market them in India as well as other countries it will take around 20000$ for plant and machinary i want to know how it will work out in all countries if i start in small scale and expand afterwards and if u can give me a better idea for investment i will be grateful to u warm regards vijay

Dear Vijay You can go various ways in going globally. But you have to consider a lot of things. To name a few:

1. Export license 2. Contacts 3. Letter of Credits 4. Trade Agreements 5. Quality Control 6. Freight (FOB) or Landed

These are some of the things you should look into. Furthermore, the most important is how to sell your product. You can't be in two places at the same time. The best way is to join a Trade Show, that would cut down on you time in looking for potential customers. The most important thing is get a big customer with a big order. Let them sign an order form and take it to you bank to lend you the money.
