Yes. If you have FileMaker Pro Server (a separate program, sold by FileMaker) installed on a server in your office, multiple users can edit access and edit client records at the same time. If several people use the program actively, it is really worth purchasing FileMaker Pro Server. We have found it to be fast, convenient and stable. So have several other offices with several lawyers and paralegals.

If you have the regular version of FileMaker installed, mulitple users can access MacImmForm, but only one person ata time can edit records. Others can view records while that person is editing. If you only have one or two users, this may work for you.
