will a Canon EF 75/400 (4.0 USM II)zoom lense fit the body of a Eos RebelXS, is the Lense Autofocus?

You probably mean the EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 II USM lens, don't you? If so, yes.Any Canon EF lens will fit any Canon EOS camera just fine. All Canon EF lenses, with the exception of a few exotic lenses (the TS-E series tilt and shift lenses) are autofocus. USM refers to the type of autofocus motor used - ultrasonic motor.
