Some one ask for this recipe for wheat yeast rolls/mini loaves. Disolve 2/3 pkg. yeast in warm water, about 1/8 inch deep inregular coffee cup. Warm about 1/3 cup milk, stir in two tea spoons butter, 1Tb. sugar, 1/4 ts. salt, stir to disolve. Mix 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, yeast and milk. Mix well until you get workable dough, kneed the dough on floured board, put a bit of oil in a round bottomed bowl, roll the dough to coat all the surface, let rise double size, kneed again, portion, recoat, rerise to double, bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375-400.

Thanks so much Mitch!!! This is fairly simple, should work even for us cooking impaired non-Martha types!
