Here's mine-2 1/4 tsp yeast,1Cup warm water-dissolve yeast until bubbles-2 1/2 cups all purpose flour,2 tbsp olive oil, 1tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt. Mix together.Cover and let set 10 minutes. Here's the secret. Don't knead with flour, put down cornmeal, and only work until it can be rolled out for pizza. Spray olive oil on pan and sprinkle with cornmeal.Sprinkle top with cornmeal and top as usual.I prebake my crust about 12 minutes at 425 and then put my toppings on. Then bake long enough for everything to melt!

If you want the crust like the pizza-rea just oil your turkey (Speckel) roaster real good! like 2T of oil and just smear it around with your fingers. Set the oven at about 425 and it gets crunchy crispy on the bottom. Just the way I like it.

crazy crust pizza - 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tsp leaf oregano, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup water - mix til smooth, pour into greased pan, tilt so batter covers bottom. arrange toppings over batter. 425 oven for 25- 30 mins. add pizza sauce and cheese, return to oven [which can usually be turned off at this point] til cheese melts
