Dershowitz says we could consider torture.

(Judges could issue torture warrants?!?)

(I think this is a first: Stephen agreeing with the accused's rights against Alan Dershowitz!)

(In case you missed my parenthetical remark, I am inalterably opposed to torture. Truth serum, maybe. But torture? Absolutely not.)

Does anyone know if truth serum is used by the police in other countries (such as Israel)?

Amazing. I think you're right Stephen; hell did freeze over. Even the ACLU wanted to put a sock in his mouth.

But I particularly enjoyed why he was there. "I'm not in the mood to start being critical of the legitimacy of the president at a time like this" Then why publish the book? Seems a little oxymoron to me.

Publicity STUNT for MAX. PR.

Alan D. is notorious for that. Its how Lawyers get phone calls and "get their names around".

Idea might play for that particular Missouri audience but bet he'd change the speech for Boston.
