120 film in 35mm camera????

My huband is the photographer and I got him a Chinon 35 mm for Christmas, so I can't ask him this question: can he use the Fuji 120 film i received in the mail in this camera? thanks.

120 film is for medium format cameras. Only 35mm will work in that camera.

Splitting the film to create a strip 35mm wide is not impossible, but trying to create the sprocket holes would be a serious challenge.
