There seem to be a significant number of animals that are farmed or could befarmed that do not appear to be covered by the UKROF document or the EU 2092 document for example deer, ostrich, pigeon, pheasant, quail, etc. etc.

Does any know how you can convert to organic if you have such animals or indeed can such animals even be included an organic operation.
