I am part of a manufacturing organization in Central Texas that would like to visit other companys that have teams - preference would be self-directed or self-managed teams- in place. Since we are several years into the team process, we would also love to let others visit our plant.

We would be most interested, but are not limited to companies that have more than 100 employees, are in manufacturing, and in the Central Texas region (dallas, Ft. Worth, Abilene, Austin)
