Coastal CTC (LAX to SLO)

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Altamont Press Timetable & Products : One Thread

Recently, on a check of the UP General Orders, there are no more DTC blocks in Moorpark, Camarillo, Oxnard, South Montalvo, North Movalvo, and Ventura, and pretty soon, the next blocks to change over will be Seacliff, Mission, Pacific, Santa Barbara, Goleta, Naples, Capitan, and Tajiguas. (I believe that is where Phase I of the project ends.) Phase II is Gaviota, Conception, Honda, Surf, Tangair, Devon, Waldorf and Guadalupe, and Phase III is Calendar, Grover, and the east ends of El Camino and San Simeon.

Change over to what?

As I understand it, CTC will eventually extend to Ellwood (west of Goleta), with TWC filling in the DTC gap between Ellwood and SLO. I don't have exact dates when any of this will be completed, however.
