This guy blew up a house full of kids on the side of the Northern Alliance (on our side) while they were eating breakfast. He said he thought the objective was to get even by killing at least 5,000 people, no matter what side they are on. Dubya confirmed that those were his instructions, and sent the pilot back out to get some more.
