Hi, I have a few upcoming regattas, and for the rare occasion that we have more then two races -- can anybody recommend certain foods to boost endurance and rejeuvination in the shortest amount of time?

should I avoid chocolate due to the "fly and die" syndrome.. or is that just a myth?
