Enterprize #22 is a very popular machine. It does a good job too. I am sure that any parts you need can be ordered from Lehman's Hardware in kidron , Ohio. They are on line too. I know that you can get their new catalog for $3.00. They cater to the Amish and anyone needing non electric items. Check them out, I'm sure you'll be pleased Ralph

what is wrong with the knofe you have? does it just need sharpening?use a new whetstone /nice and flat and rubb it around on the stone you will soon get the hang of it ,keep a look out at the flea markets you can pick up the whole grinder for average of 15 or a low 3 dollars then you have all the parts ,if you lived close by id just give you one the knifes are almost indistructable so you probably need to sharpen it .a selection of plate sizes is handy too so you can start with the coarse grind and regrind

wet sand auto body paper on a sheet of window glass. Almost as good as a surface grinder. Don't forget the hole plate needs to be sharp to. Jase

Go to www.lemproducts.com and request their catalog. Much lower prices for grinder equipment than Sausagemaker or Eldon's. They are also the only place where I have found knives, plates, and stuffing tubes for the Polish-made #5 electric grinders. In their 2001 catalog, #22 knife listed at $8.99. On Line price is higher so wait for their catalog.
