I used to work with people with autism. Studies have shown that some children with autism respond remarkably well to diets that are gluten and casein free. One of the best web sites I found was http://gfcfdiet.com/ they have extensive product lists of things that contain gluten as well as reciepes. Even though it is geared toward a GFCF diet and towards children there is still some great resources and would be worth checking out.
