Fighting for Placesgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread |
We currently have Quinn and Bassedas (and no doubt Barton will join them soon)affirming they they intend staying on to fight for their places, despite reports of bids for both. The consensus on this BBS seems to be that we are also happy to see Lee go. None of the above would give cause for concern if they left tomorrow. What is the board doing to give them a gentle push (Lee notwithstanding)? I for one would be pleased to see the back of all of them if we could use the savings in wages for a very good CB/CH. Or is the sun just a different colour on my planet?
