essential oils

To get most essential oils you would have to have like an acre of the herb to get like an ounce or two. That is true essential oil. I'm sorry, maybe you meant recipes in which you use essential oils in. Sorry! I have several books on them, You can add them to an unscented lotion or balm. Start out with just a small amount of your base (lotion or balm) and add one drop of essential oil at a time until you reach the preferred strength of smell. Keep in mind also how strong the oil is/per its effects on the body.
