I'd like to make my own cheese wax for my hard cheese and use parafin, because I have a ton of it. When I use the parafin straight, it gets too hard and cracks, and then I get mold under the wax. What could I mix it with so that it stays a bit soft or pliable? Thanks for your help,

Julie, I think if you combine the parafin with bee's wax it will do the job.
