I've driv' a bazillion miles [more or less] over the little "trails" that nasty old mole has made--in the last week. Just can't seem to ketch'm at it. When I do---12 GUAGE TIME! That ornery thing is tryin my patience with his constant aggravatin "mole'n" and tearin up my beautiful manicured lawn! Well--I guess I did get a mite carried away abut this beautiful lawn! But it's STILL MY YARD and he ain't welcome! I rund over those "mole trails" with the Troy Bilt and mash'm down. Next mornin there they are again. Old Calvin the cat is too lazy to dig'm out and kill'm. He/it/she is too busy killin baby rabbits and the like. Course those baby rabbits are really viscious and troublesome. Tusks's and a bad disposition ya'll know.

The chill is a close winter is in the air. Blackbirds by the 10's have already flown south I guess. [ I would've said "by the millions, more or less," but ya'll wouldn't beleive it ]

Those blasted weeds seem to head out overnight after mowin'm down now. Wooly worms are attackin my wood sided shop and really decimating that maple wood siding. Lets see---no , that ain't quite true. Maybe its that blasted mole or----could it be ole Calvin? He's [Mr Mole, not calvin] fix'n to get his!

Well, rekon i'll stop for now. I'm so tired I'm gettin stoopid. It's 6:30 pm and I'm ready to "hit the hay". Methinks I'll just go drink about a gallon of Iced Tea! THAT'LL keep the old hootowl up fer a spell!

On the serious note---I'm not worried about this new war. All this has to happen before Jesus Christ comes for His own. After He comes---look out! Nuke war! If you just don't want to endure that terrible war---Trust Jesus Christ with your soul. He will take you home in the Rapture before that war. My future is already secure and my life here is secure in Him, before He calls me home! Come join with the old hillbilly and Lil Dumplin! We'd be most happy to have ya'll join us!! The Ongoin Saga of Mr. Mole!! [Some preachin]

Mr Mole made his appearance again this morning. Mole runs all over a certain part of my yard. I'd had enough!! Called out the "big guns" tonight. My SHARP little womens garden shovel and CALVIN tha CAt! Now, we were stompin those mole runs right and left. Me a stompin and Calvin a watchin! It started gettin dark about 30 minutes ago so decided we'd need another day of trailin that big dude! Just about ready to come in when a big buck deer right north of where we were standing, snorted! My "big guns" left me---in a hurry. Ole Calvin done headed to the house! The big coward was waitin on me when I got to the door. Standin lookin around my leg towards the north where that big mean deer was standin! Boy, talk about the "big guns"-- think I"ll try the "little guns" Friday! Our little grand daughter will be down then! She'll talk'm to death!

Another beautiful day today but rain is on the way. Many blessings await us as we continue our walk with Jesus Christ. Anthrax or anything else satan can come up with is useless against a Blood Bought Christian! "Greater is He that's in you than he that's in the world."

Lil Dumplin has been off the last two days. Equipment failure in her bus and she had to wait around for the tech repairman to fix it. She'll be leavin again tomorrow morning for the rest of the week! Boy, after bein hitched to Lil Dumplin for over 35 years it's still hard to see'r go. Actually----if'n ya'll don't tell'r----I hate sandwiches! Spose the next thing she'll do is take ole Calvin with'r. If that happens I just may have to go along with'm. Leave Mr Mole the whole yard! I'll sneek up on'm with my old Ithicy 12 ga. pump!

As winter approaches it's a good idea to check on the old folks in your neighborhood. If they burn wood --see if'n ya'll can cut'm some --before it gets too cold and wet! They'd appreciate it I'm sure. So would Jesus Christ! Old hoot, the mole chaser, Gibson. Matt.24:44
