What's the latest on the Greyhound bus attack? Saw the headline on the net this morning, but with no tv I have not heard the latest.

From what I heard someone slashed a busdrivers throat with a knife. the bus crashed and 6 people ar dead. Havent heard if this is a terrorist attack or just some one that went whacko.

Some guy with a Croatian passport/visa and a middle eastern accent. He slashed the throat of the driver and took the wheel. From what I've read the perp and 5 or 6 others are dead.

CNN just said there are 10 dead, including the attacker. The FBI says it's not related to anything else and have tossed it back to the state troopers. Greyhound service will resume at 1 pm.

Sounds to melike someone wanted to get their name in the paper and join the bandwagon. If it was a true terrorist attack it wouldn't be on a Grayhound bus with 38 passengers they want to take-out far more then 38. I would say their is nothing to be to concerned about nationally, but I'm sure the families of those who died and those injured are feeling just as mad and hurt as if the was done by a terrorist group.

It is getting to the place that even a simple bus ride is not a good idea, where will it all end. Sally

According to the last report the man was just a wierdo. Both FBI and the Dept of Trans agree that it has nothing to do with terrorism. He did cut the drivers throat, but he is alive and talking to the authorities.

Six people did die, including the attacker. Passengers said he had been acting weird the entire trip. He got up and asked a lady if he could have her seat. She said "No." He went back to his seat and then walked back to the front of the bus and attacked the driver.

The buses are running as of 1:00 and they are treating is as a strange incident.

Just read that another Greyhound was stoped in Spartenburg, SC they suspect a bomb onboard.
