Does anyone know how to make powdered milk from fresh goat milk?

I lost the instructions I had to make powdered milk from fresh goat milk. does anyone ahve any idea as to how to do this? i recall it had to be heated in a low temp oven. Thanks.

Bernice, Here is the recipe that I have for drying milk (powdered milk) Simmer 1 to 2 gallons of milk in a double boiler until it is evaporated to the consistency of cream. Pour into large pan (shallow) place in oven with oven set at 150 degrees with the door ajar. When product is dried out completely. Cool, The dried product is then ground up in a blender or food processor. To reconstitute it is 1 part milk to 4 parts water. ( My recipe does not say how long the process in the oven takes). Hope this helps
