Suggest adding W for water tank to the Rule 4.3 TIMETABLE CHARACTERS list and then noting the location of such tanks on the steam powered railroads. This follows railroad practice of long ago.

A good or nice idea. Do you have such a list or know of one? Six timetables cover all or most of 14 states does make it a little bit difficult to compile. Thanks for the idea.
