If you mean which game had he lost this season (prior to your question), it was a 6-2 defeat in Seattle on May 20. Roger gave up all six runs in 7 innings work.

Since then, of course, the Rocket is now 20-2, having lost to Tampa Bay at Yankee Stadium on September 25. The final score was 4-0 and the Rocket gave up all four runs off 8 hits in 6 and 2/3 innings.
