What were you feeling WHEN.... Let Us Vent

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Unk's Wild Wild West : One Thread

You saw those dancing in the streets? Let us vent....

I felt angry, I wanted to punch the lady with the big bug glasses right in her face. I wanted to take the kids and give them the whippin of their lives.

I was so angry I wanted to do mean things to ALL who reminded me of them.

How bout you? I see many corner stores, ripping us off for a loaf of bread, cigarettes, whatever and now hear that the dollars are being sent back for terrorism,in some cases.

I am pissed and I know alot of us our. Lets just let it out.

sumer

I'll take you seriously.

This is more violating than someone breaking into my home. Never have I felt so much rage in my life. These were acts of war and we must retaliate the same. We know where he is. The SOB has been interviewed by every fucking major network in the world. They found him, we know where he is. It should start tonight.

They were partying in the streets last night.

Mother fuckers!

Deano

Sumer, it is time to go to war. Yesterday, we were attacked by the enemy and we know who they are. They are middle easterners who hate us enough to kill civilians in the thousands without giving it a second thought! We need to racial profile all of these towell heads that want to board an American airplane. The liberal press needs to photograph the body parts and tell us point blank that there are at least 20,000 dead Americans laying under that pile of concrete and steel. Congress stood there and sang a poor rendition of America the Beautiful and then patted each other on the back. Business As Usual! And then Colin Powell stood there today like he was on Prozaic and said nothing. We need to carpet bomb them bastards like we did in Dresden and Hiroshima and put an end to this shit. Reagan put a missile into Quadaffi's shorts and scared the shit out of him for years. This warm fuzzy kid glove attitude toward these maniacs has to end now. Viewing the corpses might bring some sense back to some of these liberal doves that want to turn the other cheek when their ass got burnt yesterday. Our young men and women that defend us deserve better and the time has now come.

Many who lurk here won't vent in fear of the ridicule from the "hard- nosed" anti-American assholes who post here. Too many here are stuck on making fun of the Y2K survivalists. Well, I've got something to say to you sheeple. You pollies offered nothing in the way of information on survival, etc. However, I bet your clicking away on the Old TB2000 Preparation Forum on how you can save your sorry butts! You ain't seen nothing yet. The Y2K scenario TEOTWAWKI is NOTHING compared to what the American people going are going to experience. God help us.

P.S. Lock and load...

Bos, it seems you get the SavageNation, lol. "Make no mistake", that is a good thing though.

Day late better than never sumer. Here only Spanish TV showed the cheering on Tuesday. Anger aside I'm kinda grateful seeing this stuff. Helps people realize that the war is far wider than dealing with a few goofy extremists.

We need to be selective about who we retaliate against. There's more to the colossal intelligence failure than meets the eye. The real culprits are those who Bin Ladin and others are financed by and take their orders from. We need to take the approach that the Israelis did after Munich and hunt them down one by one. Of course a war would be good for the struggling international economy, especially the big petroleum interests. Has anyone seen Sword of Gideon? It's rather hard to find, but worth the trouble. One of the effects of massive retaliation will be an endless cycle of more incidents and more retaliation, just as is happening in Israel and the West Bank. This will be a convenient vehicle for curtailing more and more of our rights and freedoms in this country. Think about the so-called War on Drugs. Has it been effective? For it's stated purpose absoultely not. But it has brought us no-knock warrants and civil asset forfeiture which is spreading widely across our nation, corrupting law enforcement and the judiciary alike. I see this trend continuing and accelerating with the advent of real domestic terrorism. I sure hope that I'm wrong, but mark my words.

Carlos,

That's not so. Fox News and (I believe) CNN both shows those images of the Palestinians cheering.

(Repeatedly.)

Concerned -

Those are not wars, they are just fights. How the hell is anyone going to retaliate if they no longer exist? Let the message be: "Lets live together in Peace but if you come here and do anything to us then we will wipe you out!" We are at war now. We will not stop until the threat is gone.

I thank each of you for responding. I believe within each post that there is truth. While I have spent my day off grocery shopping, I still have preps for I DO fear a run on the grocery stores when the bombings begin.

I feel much the way Deano does. In my heart I want to see retaliation, in my soul, I feel fear.... In my mind I want to see the sob's who danced DIE. I know my feelings are most likely wrong.

Last night a car full of people rode down my street discharging firearms. Many arabs have been beaten up here in our city. I feel no pity. I am hateful. I am mad. I am scared.

Y2K scared me to prepare. I can always result to them. The scarey part is I fear I wont be needing them. IF and I say IF things get real bad, all the preps in this world wont help. The reality is some of us here on this board may die.

We all will die eventually, but we are dealing with people who believe they are doing God a favor by killing us. This makes no sense to me. I suppose it doesnt to anyone.

I love you guys/gals. And its time to say so. We have all had our good/times bad/times. We have laughed, tore each other up, cried over Oxy and so much more. This IS the time to unite. I felt by begining this thread I would not feel so isolated in the way I feel.

I see now that I am not alone. Each of you who have responded each share 'some' of what I feel. The prep columns may come in handy. I hope they dont. I'm not going looking. I'll put my trust in the REAL GOD. Not the one who lives in the mind of terrorists.

Vent on.......

Sumer,

Please do not become the mirror image of the "lady with big bug glasses". Find the courage in your heart not to deliver that which the terrorists seek.
